I was born in the Philippines and came to the US at the age of 4.
I only have one sibling . . . a brother who is a year older than me.
I am the queen of procrastination.
One of my pet peeve when it comes to driving is when people don’t turn on their fricken lights when it’s stormy out.
The other is when people tail gate me. I hate that! The more I take my time.
The hubs says that I’m lead foot and I say not.
I can eat ice-cream for “breakfast.” Really! Not kidding. Seriously!
I love love food because I love to eat!
I can drink Bacardi Silver as if it were H2o. . . like ahhh . . . 2 bottles in a row
I like to “drink” . . . and I’m not talking about soda or juice.
I can only drink milk with cookies.
My first car was a brand-spanking new 1979 Ford Mustang.
I had my first car before I had my driver’s license.
My favorite scones and brioches are from Arizmendi or The Cheese Board.
I’m addicted to diet coke.
I like to talk . . . well, maybe “love” to talk is more like it.
Although I can be really shy too!
I love the ocean/beach, the snow and all things woodsy.
I can be “ditzy” at times.
I prefer Breyer’s Ice-cream over Dreyer’s.
I gained 60 lbs. when I was pregnant with JP. (Fenton’s Ice-cream to blame!)
Had my kidney stones removed many a moons ago.
I’m a people-person.
I’m a devout Catholic.
I used to love shopping (and I mean “SHOPPING!”) but priorities have changed somewhat, for now.
I like “Spam” . . . the luncheon meat.
I have a thing for “nice” quality plastic containers and food platters.
When it comes to fashion, I dress more for comfort than style.
I own a pair of “Birkenstock” sandals and a couple pairs of Teva’s.
I love the hubs . . .because he puts up with me.
My friends say that I’m “crazy!”
My familia is the “world” to me.
I have a son, JP (17) and a daughter, AC (14).
I beat to my own drum!
I drive a 1992 300CE Sportline Coupe Mercedes (Midnight Blue).
Never learned how to drive a stick shift.
I love going to Sur La Table, Pottery Barn and Williams & Sonoma.
My favorite scent is Garden Botanika’s “Heart.”
Back in college, I had a cat named Precious who I had for 14 years.
Now I have an all-white “American Curl” cat named Tina-Marie who is 12 years old.
I have a BA Degree in Interior Design.
However, I am no longer in that field after 12 years.
Being a “pack-rat” is one thing I am trying not to be.
Slowly getting there, but taking baby steps to de-clutter.
I can eat a “big-mac” and fries while driving.
I always always somehow manage to spill coffee on me (not coffee from home but “bought” ones).
I have more hand-bags than I really need, but I want more.
I am good at multi-tasking. (remember #45)
I’m right-handed and double-jointed.
Took after my mom’s side . . . I have “wide” feet. Arrghh!
My dad died when I was 17.
My mom died in 2005.
I was at my mom’s side when she took her final breath . . . a very peaceful one at that.
I like to dance.
I don’t do “karaoke” only because I can’t sing!
My high school buds are Rina and Kel.
I love all my dear friends! Their friendship means a lot to me!
I nearly choked (to death) on October 2005 after eating a piece of tri-tip.
It was one of my “scariest” moment ever!
My favorite Italian desserts are the tira-misu, pana cotta and gelato!
Favorite flowers are tulips, orchids, lilies and peonies.
I’m a night-person.
I would say that I am an “easy-going” person.
I try not to be judgmental . . . after all, who am I to judge.
I strongly believe in . . . “do unto others as you would have like them do unto you .”

I think I am a person with integrity and compassion.
I love to bake!
I like to watch this Filipino drama every Saturday at 11 a.m. called “Maalaala Mo Kaya.”
I long to be back home in the Philippines.
I have what they call “degenerative spine disease” (arthritis in the neck).
I do Trader Joe’s and Farmer Joe’s on a weekly basis.
I like fried talapias from Seafood City.
My favorite hamburger (so far) is from Flipper’s Gourmet Burgers up in Montclair.
I LOVE taking pictures!
My nickname in high-school was “Giges” . . . because I loved to “giggle”/ laugh.
I have yet to travel the “world” . . . but plan to do so one of these days.
Have been to Hawaii numerous times . . . Oahu, The Big Island and Maui.
Been to Puerto Vallarta with the familia.
I love to go camping . . . though camping takes on a new meaning when I camp . . .
It would make Martha Stewart proud. Ha! Ha!
I used to work at Mickey D’s while in high-school.
I love my daughter’s puppy, Toby . . . a cockapoo. I just love him soooo much!
Knitting is one of my hobbies.
I used to read a lot now I blog. Ha!
Friends that know me . . . knows how much I don’t like to walk.
My all time gelato favorite flaves are Coppa Mista and St. Joseph’s Almond from Classico Gelato.
I love scented candles burning inside the house.
I love to sit in front of the fireplace and listening to the crackling of the firewood.
I believe the start of one’s day sets the tone for everything else.
Therefore . . . I try to get things ready the night before . . . although sometimes it doesn’t always work.
I (along with my gurlfriend, Jack) are wedding coordinators for our church.
We are also in charge of the baptismal program.
I love going to those “all-you-can-eat” buffets and “dim-summing.”
I can be “anal” when it comes to organizing.
I love the sound of the oceans or river/creek.
I think I make friends easily.
I can be a smart-ass.
Although we already have an old but reliable SUV, my next car I want is still an SUV.
Lastly, I love to blog!
